You control what we can and can't do.

A one-time digital consent form, per child, per year. You choose which services to opt into — and you can change it anytime.

General care

The questions every parent asks.

Will I still get called if my child is sick?
Yes. For anything above a low-grade fever, anything involving medication we don't have on consent, or anything we feel a parent should weigh in on — we call. The portal cuts the unnecessary calls, not the important ones.
Does this replace my pediatrician?
No. We handle what happens at school and coordinate with your child's pediatrician for everything else. Visit records can be exported to your PCP with one tap.
Who supervises the nurses?
A board-certified medical director with 40+ years of clinical experience, supported by a senior PA. Every visit is reviewed; escalations reach a clinician in minutes.
Is my child's data private?
Yes. We are HIPAA and FERPA compliant. Only you, the clinical team, and anyone you explicitly authorize can see your child's records.
What about modesty concerns?
We staff a female RN for grades K–4 and a male RN for grades 5–9. Nurses are community-matched and trained on the modesty norms of the schools they serve.
Is there a cost to parents?
No. The school contracts with SkoolDoc directly. Parents sign a consent form; there is no separate parent fee.
