Dr. Inzlicht-Sprei has spent four decades caring for families, supervising clinical teams, and building systems that deliver consistent, compassionate care. He leads SkoolDoc's medical direction — setting protocols, reviewing visits, and ensuring every RN on-site is working to a standard he'd hand his own grandchildren to.

His affiliation with Maimonides Medical Center and deep roots in the Brooklyn community mean SkoolDoc's clinical approach is grounded in the realities of the families we serve.

Raymond brings years of front-line experience from Maimonides Internal Medicine and Cardiology, combined with the life-saving reflexes of a Hatzalah ambulance volunteer. He's built his career around what he calls "compassionate, customized care" — meeting every patient where they are, and never treating a visit like a checkbox.

At SkoolDoc he trains and supports the on-site RNs, leads escalation protocols, and is the clinician most families meet first on a complex case.
